Of interest is his name on a number of ship's passenger lists. This is in
connection with his work. His passport application includes a letter
from the Export Department of the Firestone Tire & Rubber Company,
which states in part:
"Mr. Leisy is going to Buenos Aires, where we maintain our own
branch, to join our forces there to assist in any work necessary..."
He is on the S. S. Toloa sailing from New York on April 15, 1922,
arriving in Cristobal, Canal Zone April 26, 1922.
On August 30, 1923 he is aboard the S.S. Ebro, sailing from
Cristobal and arriving in New York Sept. 7, 1923.
On Sep 17, 1924 he was aboard the S.S. Voltaire sailing from Barbados, arriving in New York on Sept 23, 1924.
Then he is listed again on the S.S. Western World, sailing
from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil on Apr 11, 1928 and arriving
in New York on April 25, 1928.
